On Tuesday, a coalition of New Jersey pet retailers condemned Just Pups’ frequent abuse of animals and violations of state and federal laws. As reported by The Daily Record, the six state-based businesses and the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council (PIJAC) said that accusations against Just Pups owner Vincent Losacco was “are extremely disturbing” and that Losacco and others who abuse animals “do not reflect the true pet-retailer industry, which cares both for and about pets, and aims to provide pets loving homes.”
