Amends Title 16 (Animals & Livestock), Chapter 16.52 (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) of the Revised Code of Washington to prohibit the sale of dogs or cats by retail pet stores.

ORD 2021001

Ordinance No. 1579 amends Title 7 (Animals) of Lacey, WA Municipal Code by adding a new Chapter 7.01 (Retail Sale of Dogs and Cats) to prohibit the retail sale of dogs and cats in city pet stores.

Ordinance No. 2021-02 amends Title 6 (Animals) of Tumwater, WA Municipal Code by adding a new Section 6.05.012 (Prohibition on Retail Sale of Dogs and Cats) to prohibit the retail sale of dogs and cats in city pet stores.
