Amends Title 4 (Animals) of Oklahoma Statutes by creating a new Section 33 to restrict the sale or display of dogs and cats by pet stores.

A new section of law, not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes, shall be known and may be cited as the "Service Animals Reform Act of 2021".
