Amends Chapter 574 (Cruelty to Animals) to require the Director of the State Department of Agriculture to select a nonprofit organization to establish a statewide animal abuser registry website.

Amends Chapter 687B (Contacts of Insurance) of Nevada Revised Statutes by adding a new section to prohibit an insurer from refusing to issue, cancelling, refusing to renew or increasing the premium or rate for certain policies of insurance on the sole basis of the specific breed or mixture of breeds of a dog that is harbored or owned on an applicable property.

Amends Title 50 (Animals) of Nevada Revised Statutes by adding a new chapter to prohibit the importation, possession, sale, transfer, and breeding of dangerous wild animals.
