Amends Title 32 (Taxation & Finance) of Vermont Statutes Annotated by adding a new Chapter 234 (Use of Disposable Carryout Bags) to establish a charge of 10 cents for each disposable carryout bag used by a person for the purpose of carrying goods, food, or other products from a retail establishment.
