Amends Title 44 (Trade & Commerce), Article 17 (Pet Dealers), Section 1799.05 (Purchaser remedies for sale of unfit cats or dogs) and Section 1799.11 (Pet dealer regulation; state preemption) of Arizona Revised Statutes to further regulate dog and cat purchaser remedies and to repeal provisions stating that pet dealer regulation is a state, not a local matter.
