Proposed rulemaking would amend Article 18 (Animal Facility Inspection Program-License & Registration Fees) of Kansas Animal Health Regulations to provide additional requirements for adequate veterinary care, inspections, recordkeeping, primary enclosures, exercise, and sanitation and to provide new prohibitions on the sale of certain animals by pet shops.
