Amends Title 32 (Taxation & Finance) of Vermont Statutes by adding a new Chapter 234 (Use of Disposable Carryout Bags) to provide for a 10-cent surcharge for retail use of disposable carryout bags.

CARRIED OVER TO 2018 SESSION

HB 416

Amends Title 20 (Internal Security & Public Safety), Chapter 193 (Domestic Pet or Wolf-Hybrid Control), Section 3549 (Regulation by Towns) of Vermont Statutes Annotated to prohibit municipal government from banning or regulating animals on a breed-specific basis.
