Amends Title 11 (Cities, Counties & Local Taxing Units), Chapter 46 (Animal Welfare Act), Part 1 (General Provisions) of Utah Code Annotated by adding a new Section 104 to require an animal shelter to publish certain information regarding animals in the shelter's custody.
