Amends Volume 14 (Trade Practices, Labor & Employment), Chapter 646A (Trade Regulation) or Oregon Revised Statutes by repealing Section 646A.075 (Required information prior to purchase of dog) and creating a new section prohibiting retail pet stores from selling dogs, other than those acquired from animal shelters, humane societies, dog control districts or nonprofit corporations providing rescue services.
