Amends Title 56 (Wildlife & Fisheries), Section 635 of Louisiana Revised Statutes to prohibit the taking or transport of common musk turtles (sternotherus odoratus) for commercial purposes.

A Louisiana Department of Agriculture & Forestry Emergency Rule amending Title 7 (Agriculture & Animals), Part XXI (Animals & Animal Health), Chapter 19 (Turtles), Section 1909 (Movement of Turtle Eggs and Turtles) of Louisiana Administrative Code to strike the requirement that health certificates and certified laboratory reports accompany ALL international shipments of turtles.
