Who is PIJAC?
The Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council (PIJAC) provides expert leadership to the pet industry on live animal issues. PIJAC represents individuals, companies, and firms across all segments of the pet industry:

- Wholesalers & Distributors
- Companion Animal Suppliers
- Manufacturers
- Manufacturers’ Representatives
- Pet Hobbyist Groups
- Other Trade Organizations
Through the combined voice of these people, PIJAC serves the best interests of pet owners and the animals they love.
PartnersPIJAC thrives on partnership. We work closely with other pet industry associations such as APPA (American Pet Product Association), FTFFA (Florida Tropical Fish Farmers Association), PIDA (Pet Industry Distributors Association), WWPIA (World Wide Pet Industry Association), PFI (Pet Food Institute) as well as with federal and state agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other industry sectors.
